The process
How coaching works
Four steps, spelled out. You will always know what happens next.
About 3 minutes to read. You can skim the bold bits instead.
The four steps
In short: Free chat, then a session to understand how you work, then regular sessions on one thing at a time.
Step 1
Free chat (15 to 20 minutes)
An informal call. You say what is going on, I explain how coaching works, and you decide if it feels right. No sales pitch, no obligation, no forms to fill in first.
Step 2
Getting to know your brain
In our first full session we map how your week actually goes: energy, focus, sensory load, what drains you and what helps. We write it down so you do not have to hold it in your head.
Step 3
Working on one thing at a time
Regular sessions where we pick one area, try a small experiment, and adjust. You get a short written summary after every session so nothing gets lost.
Step 4
Ongoing or occasional check-ins
As things settle, sessions can spread out. Some people book a check-in monthly, others come back when life changes. Coaching should build your toolkit, not a dependency.
