Online coaching for neurodivergent adults

Life, Unpaused

Whether you have a diagnosis or are still exploring

One-to-one coaching for adults with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other neurodivergent brains. We build routines that work with your brain, not against it, so you can move forward with what you now know.

Sound familiar?

You're not broken, and you're not imagining it

In short: if the list below sounds like your life, coaching is a place to work out what to do about it.

  • You go into the shop for one thing and come out with everything but the item you went in for.
  • Your calendar, inbox and desk all tell the same story: too many started things.
  • You're exhausted from masking all day, and nobody sees the effort it takes.
  • A change of plan, even a good one, can throw your whole day off.
  • Noise, lights and busy places can turn an ordinary errand into something you need to recover from.
  • You re-read the same paragraph three times and still couldn't say what it said.
  • You've been labelled as lazy, sensitive and not enough for so long that it makes you blame your character, not your wiring.
  • The diagnosis (or the questions you're still exploring) explains a lot, and now you don't know what to do with it.
  • You feel relief and grief at the same time: it finally makes sense, and you're grieving the years you struggled without knowing why.
  • You think you might be neurodivergent, but the waiting list, the cost or the doubt have kept you from finding out.

What coaching can do

We validate your experience - we don't pathologise it

In short: judgement-free support to build routines, reduce overwhelm and understand how your own brain works.

  • Understanding your wiring

Make sense of an ADHD, autism or other neurodivergent diagnosis, or keep exploring what might be going on.

  • Routines that hold

Build routines and systems designed around your brain, not borrowed from someone else's.

  • Executive function design

Work with executive function honestly: initiation, planning, time, memory and effort.

  • Calmer days

Reduce overwhelm and sensory overload with practical pacing and recovery strategies.

  • Unmasking safely

Unmask safely, at your own pace, and rebuild confidence in who you are underneath it.

  • Alongside other care

Complement any medical or therapeutic care you receive. Coaching never replaces it.

  • Work and study

Navigate work and study: reasonable adjustments, disclosure decisions, boundaries.

  • Relationships and energy

Protect relationships and energy with clearer communication about what you need.

  • Health and wellbeing

Make space for your health: sleep, movement, eating well and keeping on top of appointments and medication, in a way that works with your brain.

Not sure which of these you need? That is exactly what the first call is for.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Laura

I am an NHS clinician, a qualified health coach and a trainee neurodivergent coach, and I have seen many adults receive a diagnosis and be left asking: what next? What does this mean? What do I do now?

Frustratingly, there is little support for what comes after. I was diagnosed as neurodivergent as an adult, and for me it was not the diagnosis that changed my life, it was coaching. It helped me understand how my brain works and see my own strengths. Now I offer that same support to other adults diagnosed later in life.

My aim is to help you move forward and build a life that works with your brain, not against it. Whether you have a diagnosis or are still exploring, I am here to work alongside you to figure out what comes next.
