What this service is
In short: Neurodiversity-affirming 1-to-1 coaching. Practical, non-clinical, and available without a diagnosis.
Coaching complements clinical care rather than replacing it. Sessions focus on executive function, routines, sensory and energy management, self-advocacy and burnout recovery. Delivered online, global, by an NHS clinician training as a coach.
Good fit
In short: Best for people who need practical strategies, especially while waiting for assessment.
- Adults on an ADHD or autism assessment waiting list who need practical support now
- Recently diagnosed adults processing what it means day to day
- Employees needing help identifying and requesting reasonable adjustments
- People stuck in a burnout and masking cycle
Not a good fit
In short: Coaching is not clinical care and is not appropriate in a crisis.
- Anyone in crisis or needing urgent mental health care
- People seeking diagnosis, assessment or medication advice
- Situations that need therapy for trauma or acute mental illness
To refer someone, or to ask questions first, get in touch. The person referred always books their own free chat, so participation stays voluntary.
